Cancellation Policy

You must give at least 24 hours notice to receive credit towards your next lesson appointment. Credit will not be offered if less than 24 hours notice is given. There are no refunds on tuition. Please call 214-7664 to cancel.

If the Owatonna Music School must close for any reason, credit will be offered toward your next lesson appointment.

Inclement Weather

If the Owatonna Public Schools are closed because of inclement weather, the Owatonna Music School will also be closed. Should weather become severe late in the day, please use caution when deciding if travel is safe. Credit toward your next lesson will be offered if you are unable to make your lesson appointment due to inclement weather.
